ABOUT
Allison brings 12 years of experience into her bodywork practice and is a graduate of Phoenix Massage School in Houston, Texas. She is licensed in the state of Texas and specializes in Therapeutic Massage, Lymphatic, Reiki, Hot Stone and Cupping Therapy. Additionally, her massage styles range from stress reduction, relaxation massage to sports massage. Receiving her Yoga Certification in 2009, Allison is a firm believer in the connection between body and mind and has been known to incorporate therapeutic stretches into her massages as well. Partnering up with local chiropractors, spas, and gyms, she has gained the experience needed to create a massage that will suit her client’s specific needs. Allison’s mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness and she often combines several massage modalities in order to create a unique and personal experience for each individual session.

Swedish & Therapeutic Massage
The Massage is directed you where your body needs it the most. Light, Medium or Firm pressure. CBD Massage & Reflexology are available as well assisting in stress reduction and pain relief.

Hot Stone Massage
A Hot Stone Massage incorporates hot stones with a Relaxing Massage to calm the muscles and nervous system.

Cupping & Scraping Therapy
Cupping & Scraping Therapy loosens muscles, encourages blood flow, and soothes the nervous system. This therapy also relieves aches and pains.

Reiki Therapy
Reiki treatment increases your supply of life force energy and helps you heal quickly. It promotes relaxation, makes you feel at peace, and reduces your stress.

Lymphatic Massage
A lighter pressure massage that moves lymphatic fluid to where the body can eliminate is more efficiently. This type of massage reduces edema and swelling throghout the body.
